Relatori del convegno

I relatori sono automaticamente iscritti ed avranno accesso gratuito ai rinfreschi, ai pranzi del 26 e del 27, oltreché alla cena sociale. La cena del 25 sarà invece a spese dei singoli partecipanti (a parte i relatori invitati).

Uditori

Il “Palazzone” della Scuola Normale Superiore è fuori Cortona (20 minuti a piedi). Il pranzo del 26 dovrà quindi essere offerto sul posto con un servizio di catering, oltre ovviamente ai rinfreschi.
Ciò rende necessaria l’iscrizione per gli uditori, al fine di conoscere l’esatto numero di coperti. Si prega di inviare un e-gramma a bertinetto@sns.it, specificando il tipo di servizio richiesto, da cui dipende la quota di iscrizione:

• Quota minima obbligatoria:
  € 35 (3 rinfreschi e pranzo del 26)
• Quote facoltative aggiuntive:
  € 35 (cena sociale del 26)
  € 15 (pranzo da asporto del 27)

Le quote potranno essere versate in loco (si prega di avere a disposizione l’esatto importo), ma la comunicazione dell’iscrizione dovrà essere effettuata entro il 22 settembre. Dopo tale data, nessun servizio potrà essere garantito.

 

 

REGISTRATION

Speakers

Speakers are automatically registered and will have free access to the coffee-breaks, the lunch of the 26th and 27th and the social dinner of the 26th. The dinner of the 25th, by contrast, will only be offered to the invited speakers.

Auditors

The “Palazzone” of Scuola Normale Superiore is outside Cortona (20 minutes walking). The lunch of September 26th will thus have to be brought by a catering service.
Auditors have to register, in order for us to know the exact number of people to be served. Please send an e-gram to bertinetto@sns.it, specifying the type of service required. The registration fee depends on it:

• Minimum obligatory fee:
  € 35 (3 coffee-breaks, plus dinner of the 26th)
• Additional optional fees:
  € 35 (social dinner of the 26th)
  € 15 (take-away lunch of the 27th)

The fees can be payed at the conference venue (please have the exact amount ready), but the registration must be done by September 22nd. After that date, no service will be guaranteed.
